| Installation of cellular antennas, car kits and accessories. Trouble shooting and repairing cellular telephones and accessories. Scheduling of customer appointments. Knowledge of inventory system and product lines. Operation of mobile service and in house service. Provide quality customer service to all customers. Support sales staff in all customer equipment servicing issues. Other duties as directed by management. |
